General terms and conditions Your use of this travel web site and on-line reservation facilities such as 'booking form' and 'booking online' here-by referred to as the 'booking engine' is subject to the following Standard Terms of Service and Trade:

Accuracy of Information and limitation
of Liability The Agent and its third party suppliers have taken reasonable care that the content of this travel web site, including all travel information and listings is correct but is subject to amendment at any time without notice. The Agent publishes such information in good faith. As the user you acknowledge and accept that:
Any Agent's role in relation to your travel arrangements is limited to facilitating your booking and arranging travel documentation, payments and refunds as applicable. The Agent accepts responsibility for the performance of this role and for the negligence of its employees. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agent disclaims all liability for any technical errors, corruption of any data, unauthorised access to your personal data, inaccuracies in information supplied by third parties, or failure by the Agent to complete bookings where that failure is due to circumstances beyond its control. We accept no responsibility or liability for any failure or delay on the part of any third party in providing travel services to you where your booking has been properly processed by it; nor are we responsible for any acts or omissions of airlines or other third parties in the course of delivery of such travel services. Where we are liable to you under these terms and conditions its liability will be limited to providing the relevant booking services again or to refunding money paid in relation to services not provided because of the Agent's default. Where refunds are due to you from third party suppliers of travel products or services, we will provide reasonable assistance to you in claiming such funds from those suppliers. Under no circumstances will we be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits or savings or damages for disappointment. We cannot accept responsibility for any travel service, rules and conditions that are incorrectly represented within this system. The data and services shown are provided in good faith and 'as is'. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data or services provided and to the maximum extent permitted by any law disclaimer all implied warranties in connection with such data or services. In no event shall we be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or savings, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of any display within this site.
Client Responsibility You must read the travel-specific terms and conditions at the end of these terms and conditions and convey all information set out in those terms and conditions to any other parties covered by any booking you make. You must keep secure any means of identification that we provide to you in order to access the service. You must not resell the service or any products or services accessed by means of the service, or permit any other person, other than adult members of your household or others with your express permission and under your personal supervision, to use your user identification to access the service. You are responsible for all use of the service, and all transactions entered into by means of the service, using this user identification. You must not use the service for any activities which breach any laws, infringe any party's rights, or breach any standards, content requirements or codes promulgated by any relevant authority. You must not use the service in any way that interferes with other users or defames, harasses or menaces anyone. You indemnify us from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected to use of the service by you or any other person using your membership identification or password. You acknowledge that copyright subsists in all software, including HTML code, provided in association with the Service. You must not modify, copy, transmit, display, perform, publish, license or create derivative works from any information or software accessed by means of the Service. Where copying or transmission is expressly permitted, you must not change or delete any author attribution or copyright notice. You acknowledge that we may receive all commission from transactions entered into using the service. These terms and conditions are subject to amendment at any time.
Business Purposes
Prices Prices are based on a land and air package cost subject to change if only land is booked. The general booking form constitutes a request only and we do not guarantee fares or prices until the booking has been confirmed by one of our consultants and paid for in full.
Items not covered
Booking Acknowledgement
Payment must be received within 72 hours of booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed by us the agent. Failure to pay for tickets within this time results in automatic cancellation of the booking. We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due to automatic cancellation or failure of e-mail delivery. We will assist in providing information based on the information supplied by you in the booking form or booking engine. This information as well as other related information supplied by the Agent and any links within the site are supplied in good faith; however should be treated as a guideline only. The final responsibility for ensuring documentation is correct is that of the individual traveller. The posting/courier of travel documentation is the responsibility of you. The agent will not be held responsible for tickets lost by a third party, any charges associated with reissue and re sending of documentation will be at your expense.
Payment A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person must be paid to us within seven (7) days of verbal or written confirmation of a booking request. Certain suppliers may also require an additional booking fee, deposit or full payment to be made at this time. A booking request less than seven (7) days prior to departure may incur additional communication charges. Final payment must be made no less than thirty (30) days prior to departure.
Booking Cancellation and Amendment Charges
Unless otherwise notified to you at the time of entry into the relevant transaction, a minimum charge of $150 per person is payable to the Agent in respect of any cancellation. These fees are required to offset booking, communication and administration charges, which will have already been incurred by us. In addition to our cancellation fee, you may also be required to pay cancellation fees imposed by our Suppliers (i.e. airlines, hotels etc). The amount of each Supplier’s cancellation fee is beyond our control and payment is solely at your responsibility. A cancellation fee of $150 per person will be imposed where cancellation is made within thirty (30) days prior to your departure. Where amendment of a booking is permitted, a charge of $25 per person is payable to the Agent for each permitted amendment. The amendment fee will increase to $50 per person if documents have been issued. Before entering into a transaction, you should carefully check to see whether any other cancellation or amendment fees apply. These charges will be deducted from your credit card at the time charges are incurred.
For land only and package holidays bookings with a value less than $500, a service fee of $50 per booking will apply. For all other land only bookings these services fees may be waivered. Amendment and cancellation fees will still apply if necessary. Reconfirmations and Revalidations
Online Booking and Purchases You may be bound by terms and conditions imposed by the travel service providers for whom We act as an agent including conditions of carriage, refund and cancellation policies of airlines, cruise lines, car hire operators, hotels, etc. We are not liable for any claims against non-fulfillment or unsatisfactory fulfillment of products and services purchased on your behalf by Us from these third party providers and distributors, such as, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, tour operators, car hire companies, insurance companies, and other entities. At times, airlines and other travel services providers may overbook passengers on their flights or re-schedule flight times - We are not responsible for any such incidents. You understand that all products and services purchased require fulfillment and documentation, such as issuance of air tickets and travel vouchers. Fulfillment is performed during normal office hours. As such, any travel requests and bookings made require a minimum processing time of varying periods, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchased. We will not be held liable for any claims for loss, damages or compensation against non-fulfillment should you purchase a product or service that cannot be fulfilled between the time of booking and the time of departure. In such an event, We shall refund to you all unutilised monies collected from you for that purchase. All prices are subject to change until full payment is received and are subject to travel service provider availability. A booking fee may be payable on some bookings. Some airport taxes are not pre-payable or pre-paid; you must pay these when required. Some airlines or travel service providers have introduced fuel surcharges which may not be reflected in the prices shown and will be an additional charge. For travel services such as air tickets, hotels, cars, packages or cruises-availability, prices, fare conditions and class of travel can change at any time without notice. Routing restrictions and other special conditions may apply. Many countries require that foreign nationals entering hold a passport with at least six months validity remaining. This information as well as other related information supplied by GO Holidays and any links within the site are supplied in good faith; and should be treated as a guideline only. Passport, Visa (including transit visa/s) and Health requirements are the responsibility of all individual travellers. The sole responsibility for ensuring travel documentation is correct is that of the individual traveller. We reserve the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims for loss, damages or compensation. In such an event, We shall refund to you all unutilized monies collected from you for that purchase. You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason. In some cases, GO Holidays may charge cancellation and/or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel service providers. You agree that multiple over-lapping bookings for the same traveler/s are not allowed and may result in damage and loss to GO Holidays, which you will bear in full.
Travel Insurance
Visas/Passports
We are happy to obtain a visa on your behalf provided there is an appropriate embassy in New Zealand. We charge a $30 administration fee per person per visa, including Australian electronic visas, in addition to the cost of the visa. We will only obtain a visa on your behalf if you have confirmed travel arrangements or have paid a deposit on travel arrangements through GO Holidays. We will endeavour to do everything in our power to obtain your visa but please be aware the ultimate decision lies with the embassy involved.
